Welcome to Loudoun Station, the "Essential Downtown" of Loudoun County. A mixed-use, transit-oriented development located on Metro's much anticipated Silver Line extension to Dulles International Airport, Loudoun Station will, upon completion, integrate over three million square feet of mixed-use development consisting of more than one million square feet of Class A office, over 300,000 square feet of restaurants, shops and service-oriented retailers, a 200-plus room hotel, and approximately 1,500 luxury residences. Located in one of America's fastest growing and affluent counties, Loudoun Station will be the ideal place to live, work, congregate, and play.

The first phase of Loudoun Station is under way with the first residences and retail spaces scheduled for completion in 2012. Ideally situated along the Dulles Greenway between Exit #6 (Ryan Road) and Exit 7 (Loudoun County Parkway), Loudoun Station provides easy right-in and right-out access along recently expanded Shellhorn Road. The urban core of Loudoun Station will provide significant signage opportunities and excellent visibility along the Dulles Greenway with an average daily vehicle count of approximately 43,000. Located minutes from Dulles International Airport and surrounded by the major the headquarters of companies such as AOL, Verizon, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, and Booz Allen Hamilton, the Loudoun Station Metro Facility will form the core of Loudoun County's only approved Transit-Oriented Development hub on the Dulles Greenway.

Phase I of the Silver Line Metro expansion to Dulles International Airport and Loudoun County is well underway with completion expected in 2013. Phase I will expand the Silver Line through Tyson's Corner and to Reston Station, Comstock's 1.3 million square foot mixed-use development located at the intersection of Wiehle Avenue and the Dulles Toll Road in Reston, Virginia. Design work for Phase II of the Silver Line expansion has commenced. Phase II will extend the Silver Line from Reston Station to Dulles Airport and into Loudoun County, terminating at Loudoun Station. Current estimates for the completion of Phase II indicate the opening of the Loudoun Station Metro facility in 2016. During construction of Phase II of the Silver Line, commuter bus service will provide direct connection from Loudoun Station to the Reston Station Metro Facility being developed in a public-private partnership by Comstock Partners and Fairfax County.
